Fort Knox Child Development Centers are nationally accredited by the National Academy of Early Childhood Education and fully certified by the Department of Defense. Children are growing and learning continuously. They learn from "hands-on" experiences and from the positive interactions they have with adults, other children, the environment and materials offered to them. Each of our full day preschool rooms is equipped with computers and age appropriate software for the children's use.

Pre-K Strong Beginnings Class: Full day care for children preparing to start Kindergarten.
Before/After Kindergarten: Bldg 4768, 0530-1800 Mon-Fri • Full-Day, Vacation, Intersession Care for children enrolled in Kindergarten at the Fort Knox/County School Systems. Computer Lab offers great opportunities for children to learn and experience today's technology.
Hourly Care: 0830-1630 Mon-Fri (Please contact us for other hourly care needs) $4.00 per hour per child. Patrons can reserve up to 5 hours per day for a total of 25 hours per week. Call (502) 624-6708.
SFAC Child Care Center: CYSS offers services for Warriors in Transition at the Soldier and Family Assistance Center including: CYSS Liaison, Child Care Center, Free Child Care for Soldier Medical Appointments, and Referral Services.
