Fort Knox Child Development Centers are nationally accredited by the National Academy of Early Childhood Education and fully certified by the Department of Defense. Children are growing and learning continuously. They learn from "hands-on" experiences and from the positive interactions they have with adults, other children, the environment and materials offered to them. Each of our full day preschool rooms is equipped with computers and age appropriate software for the children's use.

Fort Knox Child Development Center Details:

Full-Day Care: 0530-1800 Mon-Fri
Part Day Pre-School: Building 4249 0900-1200 Mon, Wed, & Fri or 0900-1200 Tue & Thu
Part-Day Toddler Program: Building 4250 0900-1200 Mon, Wed, & Fri or 0900-1200 Tue & Thu
Pre-K Strong Beginnings Class: Building 4250 Full day care for children preparing to start Kindergarten.
Before/After Kindergarten: Building 4249 0530-1800 Mon-Fri • Full-Day, Vacation, Intersession Care for children enrolled in Kindergarten at the Fort Knox/County School Systems. Computer Lab offers great opportunities for children to learn and experience today's technology.
Hourly Care: 0830-1630 Mon-Fri (Please contact us for other hourly care needs) $3.50 per hour per child and $2.50 per hour per child in Cat I Patrons can reserve up to 5 hours per day for a total of 25 hours per week.
Weekly Summer Camps for Toddler, Pre-School, and Kindergarten.
