Child care is provided at not cost to delegates on the days of the conference. Delegates must use the on-post Child Development Center or a registered Family Child Care Provider to receive free child care.

  After submitting this form, please return to AFAP Event Page to obtain a Child Care Transportation Form. Child care request forms. The Transportation form will need to be returned to the AFAP office at ACS Bldg 77 or faxed to 502-624-6223.
