Whether it's traditional bowling you like, or a new, high energy, rock-n-bowl, cosmic experience, our award winning Fort Knox Bowling Center is the place you want to be.

Houston Bowling Center is a twenty-four lane house that is equipped with two year old AMF HPL9000 synthetic lanes, with New state-of-the-art 36" electronic scorer's with fantastic graphics and on lane television for your convenience. For the latest in bowling equipment and apparel, stop by our fully stocked bowling Pro Shop. Our Pro Shop technician is trained to match the equipment to your particular bowling style. We also order special equipment upon request.

Houston Bowling Center has a full service StrikeZone where you can enjoy mouth watering, tasty, hot foods.

Other attractions at Houston Bowling Center include the game room equipped with the latest virtual games, bar tops, pool tables, foosball, air hockey and pin ball machines. We also have a state-of-the-art Touch Tunes digital Jukebox sound by Bose technology.

Houston Bowling Center is a "smoke free" facility which gives us the flexibility to provide bowling services to the many youth groups, organizations and schools from within this area.

Special bowling prices as well as special food packages are available to accommodate these groups.

Houston Bowling Center offers League Bowling in the fall as well as the summer. The following leagues are in session. Monday Night Senior Mixed, Tuesday Afternoon Mixed, Tuesday Night Strike Hard Mixed, Wednesday Morning High Noon Ladies, Wednesday Night Men's, Thursday Morning Early Bird Ladies, Thursday Night Mixed, Friday Night Mixed, and Saturday Morning Youth Leagues that is divided into: Pee Wee age 5-6, Bantams age 6-8, Preps age 9-11, Juniors age 12-14, and Majors age 15-18. The Pee Wee, Bantams and Preps bowl each Saturday Morning at 10 a.m. and the Juniors and Majors bowl at 12 noon.

Houston Bowling Center is Open to the Public and we are open for business seven days per week.

As you can see, our rates are very affordable, and even more so if you take advantage of the Rent-A-Lane special offered on Sunday's and Holiday's where the whole family can bowl for one great price.

Special bowling offered at Houston Bowling Center includes a Rock-n-Bowl experience each Friday and Saturday evening beginning at 10 p.m. Rock-n-Bowl is fun bowling at its finest, the overhead lights are turned off and laser lights are turned on while that hottest music is being played using the Touch Tunes Jukebox powered with the Bose speaker system.

Other attractions at Houston Bowling Center are Bumper Bowling for young children. Each lane is equipped with state-of-the-art AMF Bumper System. We offer a dynamic birthday package for children and adults. This package includes a Pizza special with each package. We have developed a full partnership with Army Community Services which offers bowling for Exceptional Family Members, Project Outreach, and this partnership is extended to the Association For Retarded & Handicapped Of Hardin County. Other partnerships include the Child Development Services, the School Age Services and the Fort Knox Community Schools.

Houston Bowling Center also hosts Bowling Tournaments on Saturday evenings twice each month. Tournaments range from conventional bowling to No-Tap Bowling and during Halloween we host a Weird Bowling Tournament where one game is played using your opposite hand, and one game is played using "no slide" to release the ball.

Finally, the successfulness of the Fort Knox Bowling Program lies in the management and development of employees who are skillfully trained in interpersonal communications and customer service oriented. At Fort Knox, Excellence in Bowling Management is taking people "Off the Streets" and putting them "In the Alleys." Houston Bowling Alleys, that is!!!
