Army Family Team Building (AFTB) s a Family training and readiness program that provides participants with an understanding of Army life, Army culture, and the skills and resources Families need to become educated, connected, and empowered members of the military community. AFTB helps members of the Army Family adapt to Army life, manage change and embrace challenges.
