Employment Readiness Program
"Your Office" while you develop your career campaign
The primary purpose of the Employment Readiness Program is to assist family members who are relocating as a result of a military or civilian sponsor’s change of duty station by providing the supportive services necessary to minimize employment problems normally associated with such moves. The program also provides assistance to other eligible personnel, i.e., non-transitioning military and civilian personnel, retirees, and their family members. We provide employment and educational information, referral services, career planning, training in job search skills and assistance in preparing resumes and other job related correspondence. We work closely with on and off-post agencies to include, the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center, the Army Career and Alumni Program and the Kentucky Department for Employment Services.
