All items must be paid in full the day of the auction. Sales receipt will be required prior to removal of any item purchased during the auction. Receipt will be annotated as item(s) are removed.

Payment can be made by cash or check.  Credit cards  are not accepted.

No Registration Fee or Sales Tax. There will be a 10% Buyers Premium on all sales.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS & WHERE IS.

NOTICE: All items must be removed from from Fort Knox Recycle  no later than 22 March 2010 at 3:00 p.m.  Items left after the 22  March 2010  will be resold and no refunds will be granted.  Building 42 and 43 must be 50% demolished within 5 weeks of sale.  Call (502) 624-5026 for pickup appointment between 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM daily.
